
I/we can’t stand genuine buttercream.. It’s almost solid sugar.. so I came up with a buttercream recipe
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup fruit jam*
- 1/2 cup flour*
Mix.
*If the mix isn’t stiff enough to use for icing, add more flour – but be careful, too much and it will develop a texture
*You can add more or less jam to make it smoother/to taste
